Refund policy

Damaged Goods:

• Refunds are applicable only for the damaged item(s).

• If part of the order is damaged (e.g., 2 soaps out of 4), refunds will be processed only for the 2 damaged soaps.

• Item(s) that are not damaged are not eligible for refund.

• Customers must inform us of damaged item(s) within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

• No complaints will be entertained after 48 hours.

Proof of Damage:

• A clear picture of the damaged item(s) must be sent via WhatsApp to confirm the damage.

• Once verified, the refund process will be initiated.

 

Retention or Return of Goods:

• Customers may keep the damaged item(s) if they wish.

• If customers prefer to return the damaged item(s), the delivery charges for returning must be borne by the customer.
